Can a driver go back if the customer missed the delivery?

Since we can't contact the driver directly, this isn't possible. But even if we have a way to do that, it is very important to note that drivers are following a route to finish several deliveries daily. Going back can greatly affect their scheduled deliveries for the day. 

Also, while we disposition the call to the appropriate hub, they are likely not around to instruct the driver accordingly as we normally take ASL calls during the weekends and holidays. 

In general, even if the request reaches the driver, they will likely decline since they are following a route to make several deliveries, as noted above.
