What should I do if the tracking number is not in ShipTrack?

Please make sure that you have the correct tracking number as provided by the customer. Also, please determine when the order was placed and you may adjust the search dates accordingly. You can also try using the caller's contact info such as the phone number, address, or name to search as sometimes they might have the incorrect tracking number. 

If it didn't yield any results, it means that the package hasn't reached our facility. Please refer the caller to the vendor by providing them with the phone number below:
