Business is complaining we are shipping after-hours.

If the customer puts the information in the Amazon Special Instructions area, unfortunately, Amazon does not send this information to us.

They can have it as part of their address so it is printed on the label, although there is a character limitation so it would have to be short.

We can obtain what days they are open and what the hours are, plus any other instructions. This message will be sent to the team.
